BEE WILD Holiday Camp at Bee-autiful Foredown Woods

School holidays are the best time for children to be out and about. We run holiday camps from our really wild site at Foredown Woods during the school holidays. Children have fun around the campfire, engage with nature, get some fresh air and have lots of laughter with a bit of risky play. Join us for a day from 10am till 3pm – or even better for 3 days a week in the summer!

Drop your children off with us for a day of Forest School-based fun in the woods.

In true Forest School style, we will create a welcoming and friendly camp for children to explore their inner wild side in their own way.  At Forest School we are play-based and child lead,  with plenty of opportunities to take part in games, challenges, natural crafts, dens, survival skills, pond-dipping, tool-use, wildlife, growing, and eating, camp cooking, mindfulness in nature, mud kitchens and exploration.

There will be something for everyone, with an emphasis on fun, freedom, play, teamwork, building confidence and making friends – whilst (secretly) learning first hand about nature, science, sustainability, healthy eating and gardening. So if your children enjoy nature and generally mucking about in the woods, this is a fabulous opportunity to get outdoors.

Drop off is at 10am at Foredown Allotments, Thornbush Crescent, Portslade, BN41 2GW
